    Horrible customer service

    Jennifer sent a different gold bead without me confirming it OR the size. The bracelet is too small and I am unable to send it back because I’m from the US and Canada is not accepting mail from the states. I sent two emails about these issues and no one has responded back!
    Very disappointed!!!
