I ordered a smoky quartz bracelet and a carnelian bracelet from her store and few days later, Jen contacted me saying she wants to give carnelian bracelet for free😳!! She said the quality wasn't up to their standards and they don't want to charge me for it. As you can see on my photo, this carnelian bracelet is very beautiful but they do have “high standard” and customer service was beyond my expectations✨. If you are looking for quality bracelets and services, this is the store for you💕 Both bracelets are very well made and high quality and I'm very happy to wear them everyday🧡🤎. Even though, I didn't pay for the carnelian bracelet, they still included a nice complimentary carnelian stone for me! What a service💝. I'll definitely come back to this store in the future✨✨✨. This is a gorgeous bracelet. I did receive the wrong charm and Jen was amazing to work with. She was very prompt in communicating with me and replacing it. I also received as a free gift a rose quartz moon. I also received an updated DHL express shipping. Thank you!
