The Black Tourmaline bracelet is very beautiful, it arrived in a nice box. The item was returned by the post company but the sender, Jennifer, was very responsive and helped me to get it shipped again. That's is why I scored the shipping with one star less, but I was given the option to choose if I wanted a refund or to get it shipped again, I do not regret waiting. It's a great crystal for empathetic people and the quality looks great! I recommend it.
